If you’re considering setting up a session with me, please know that I have a few easy ground rules:
If you’re simply curious to learn more about the method or my background, please don’t book a call. Do your research first. I share plenty of information about the method here on the website and across social media. These sessions are for people who genuinely want to make a change and feel confident that this approach can support them. Talking about my mythic backstory, how I curl my mustache so perfectly, or how I developed the method is not the best use of our time together.
We can always make more money, but time is the only resource we can’t get back. Although we may not know each other yet, I promise to respect your time and will call you promptly at the time you choose. I guarantee that it will be the most insightful time you spend on yourself all year, but I can only follow through on that guarantee if you show up for yourself. It may seem silly to have this reminder here, but something about the internet makes people forget that. Choose a time you know you’ll be present, undistracted, and ready to dig in.
If you are not in a state where you’re ready or willing to make a significant change, please don’t book a call. Hopefully it goes without saying, but if the change you have in mind isn’t a priority for you right now, there’s no reason for us to take time talking about it. If it is a priority, please also keep in mind: change is disruptive. Especially the big changes. If it were easy, everybody would do it. This is not a good fit for you if you aren’t already in a reasonably stable state (emotionally, financially, etc). Please get the support you need to in order to get stable before worrying about an exponential leap forward.

After you book your time slot, you’ll see a link to answer a few questions leading up to our call. These are mandatory. Answering them guarantees that we can make the most of our time together.
Lastly, I’ll send you a message to confirm your contact information leading up to our session. Please reply back to ensure that we don’t get our wires crossed.
