Introducing The Gazette:
An In-Depth Exploration of Body, Behavior, and Being - How To Move Well, Die Wise, and Do A Lot of Good Along the Way
The Gazette is an old-fashioned print newsletter* that helps you understand and implement high-leverage body/mind practices so you can make more progress with greater ease in your movement, mindset, and life. It’s a chance to slow down and think deeply about the things that matter most.
Each month I take an in-depth look at how to apply body intelligence to:
Improving communication and boundaries
Recovering from injury (and reducing future risk)
Meaning-making in a world gone mad
And a lot more
For just $30/month you get a tangible copy of The Gazette delivered anywhere in the world. I cover the full cost of printing and shipping. We use zero waste materials too -so that I can sleep easy. In addition to the print copy, you’ll have access to member perks that you’ll hear about in your first issue.

On the fence about singing up? Here’s why others made the easy decision to join:
“Mainly that your work in general has clicked with me, but financially and logistically working together more directly hasn’t been on in the cards for me.
Since this is a lower investment option, but allows me to get a deeper taste of the work you do, it seemed a good option right now.
Also I enjoy the free material you consistently release so wanted to give a bit back as well.”
“• Price: a print newsletter of coaching gems that heavily resonate with me? no-brainer...
• Seeing what’s behind the curtain: Being in the EBM course for a week has shown me two things, (1) you’re speaking my language, and (2) the value of your work is at least 3x what you’re charging for it...
• Previous experience: The books and resources that you’ve recommended in the past have been on point for me. I’ve been recommended hundreds of books, even given books free by previous mentors that collect dust on the shelves, and inspire dread in my heart (lol). The books I’ve stumbled upon from your work are real page turners.”
“I love snail mail, I love that it is not digital. I enjoy reading in the morning but try to stay away from screens for the first hour of my day so this sounds great! I’m also thinking it will provide ongoing inspiration for my work and who doesn’t love a good list of resources.”
“Pretty simple really ... I just know and trust that it’ll be great.
I learn and retain information best with paper vs. screen reading.
I appreciate your teaching; the ways you can take some pretty big concepts and make them direct and simple. I have quite a few ah ha moments with the practical exercises you offer.
Looking forward to it Chandler, thank you!”
“I still talk regularly about all I learned from you during our time together. I value all that I learn from you and still use as much as I can remember. I felt having it in writing would allow my to reference it more quickly and easily that searching my mail. Hope your world is everything you want it be. I don’t know if I ever said it to you but I believe completely that we crest our own reality. You have created what looks like a great one. ❤️”
“I really like the idea of having something tangible to connect with. I’m old school like that. I also like that the content will be more in depth than your emails, which I already find to provide valuable nuggets of wisdom. Love the idea. Can’t wait to receive the first issue.”
“This is a rad idea. Looking forward to reading. The other MASSIVE bonus and the extra big draw for me = less screen time while learning what I’m super interested in. Thanks for the invite!”
“I love your stuff. It resonates with me. I also like having the paper in my hand so I can draw, write, highlight, dog ear...looking forward to it.”
“1. On your traffic light analogy I am in the RED but I want to be GREEN. I have been following your stuff and explaining the OODA loop in my speeches for work and Toastmasters. That helped me really understand orientation. I get your mind-body thing but I have hard time moving. I also try to work on the Heroic Mind exercise to find out my story of where I am. That helped me see why doing more of what I was/am doing doesn’t help my situation.
2. You made it super affordable for me to take advantage and use your material in my personal growth and professional development. I thank you for that.
3. Lastly I like you and your material, -you always have cool and interesting things to say, I like your real world questions and deep thought process. I like to try and learn new things, -I really like how you explain and show body movements that reprogram everything to move and flow better. I think this is going to be FUN! I hope that if I move more with my body everything else will “Click”.”
“1) I was curious. Was I was *really* targeted because I open your emails? Or was this just a marketing strategy? (could be both - and nothing wrong if that’s the case)
2) The price point was one where I was willing to give it a try. Whether #1 was true or not, I *have* been reading your stuff for awhile and I like your energy, and I was willing to spend $25 to see if this a good fit.
3) I’m in a place where it’s *not* financially foolhardy for me to spend the $25 to check it out. If this offer had been made last year, I would have passed it by as I passed by several other incredible, well-priced opportunities because my financial house was not in order. While things can change on a dime, today $25 was OK for me to spend.
4) I appreciated that you were up front about profit margins. It can be an uncomfortable truth to acknowledge that while It’s great to do something you love, you still need to make enough to pay the bills.
”
“I really resonate with what you share and I’m also super intrigued at the notion of optimization.
The short story is ... I have a big purpose but I feel like too big of a mess to carry it out. I use my body everyday and I’m at my growths edge learning how to effectively influence people positively.
It’s so good but I rarely feel energized. My body and brain are tired. Old injuries are present and I’m really interested in how I can bring my best.”
