Phase One

At the moment you’re feeling spread thin and reactive, unable to bring your full focus and presence to the matter at hand. To overcome this we’ll start with the SAGE Framework (Securely Attached Goal Exploration) so you can clarify what really matters, activate your “pull” motivation, and set guardrails in place to keep you on track. 

That way, instead of unconsciously attempting to avoid bad outcomes, playing not to lose, and reaching for a moving goal post of success from a basis of scarcity and insecurity, you’ll have a grounded connection with the wisdom of your best self. Once this is in place you’ll be confident in playing your game, focused on the important things, and conserving your time and energy so that you can both perform better in your business and be more present as a partner and parent. 


Phase Two

Although you have big dreams for your business, self-defeating patterns leave you doubting whether you’re smart, talented, or worthy enough of realizing them. You can easily get lost in your head worrying about bad outcomes, and you can’t shake the nagging feeling of guilt when you take a break, celebrate your success, or just do things for your own enjoyment. 

Imagine being able to recapture all the energy you’ve spent battling yourself and put it toward accomplishing your goals. How much more would you be capable of in your work and everyday life? The Potent Pause lets you do just that. 

This simple practice uses your body to compost the headtrash that has cluttered up your mindset over the years, giving you calm confidence in mere moments. With continued practice you’ll establish new neural pathways that get your unconscious patterns working for you rather than against you. After setting your sights in the SAGE Framework, the Potent Pause takes the brakes off so you can move toward your goals with grace and ease. 

Phase Three

At the moment you’re tense, not as comfortable in your body as you’d like, and you’re feeling older and more fragile than you really are.

That’s why we’re going to use Movement As Metaphor to unlock the embodied unconscious through simple body-based practices. That way you can heal old physical and psychological wounds and access the energy and information that have been bound up in your body for decades.

You’ll be amazed to find that your body feels a decade younger as you start spring out of bed in the morning and sustain steady energy levels throughout the day. And you’ll find that as the layers of tension dissipate and your body starts feeling safe, it becomes easier and easier to allow yourself to experience genuine pleasure, opening the door to more and more enjoyment in your business and relationships.

Phase Four

You’ve been through so many cycles of improvement before, feeling better and accomplishing a lot, only to backslide. Of course you’ve made progress, but it’s demoralizing when you know you should have more to show for your efforts. 

That’s because there’s a difference between the maximum you can achieve and the maximum you can sustain

Therefore we’ll end the program with my Love & Leverage Framework to lock in your progress and identify the difference that makes a difference for sustainable, compounding change. You’ll still deal with life’s fluctuations, but you’ll have the skills and mindset to ensure that you’re never losing ground. As a result, each year and each decade end up better than the last. 

What’s Included:

The program will run for three months (beginning April 30th) and consist of:

  • An in-depth weekly workshop to cover the main ideas and practices.

  • A weekly group call to drive your insight and master the habits of presence with in-the-moment, expert feedback.

  • Access to ongoing individual support through the Telegram app as situations arise.

  • A daylong, in-person group workshop, hosted in San Diego.

  • Five months of continuity support through monthly integration calls.

There is also an upgraded version available, which includes:

  • Three private coaching calls with me.

  • A daylong, one-on-one, in-person intensive, hosted in San Diego (or online).

The Investment:

The program investment is 15k.

This can be split into 10 monthly installments of $1,500, or you can make a single payment of 12k.

The upgrade investment is 20k.

This can be split into 10 monthly installments of $2,000, or you can make a single payment of 16k.
